Cell Memory, taken from the Living Aligned Manuscript
“Cell Memory: An isolated event the body holds on to, which is linked to an emotional, mental, or physical experience.
An auditory, visual or olfaction (the ability to smell) will simulate a “feeling” rooted deep within the subconscious.
An example being music; it may trigger memories that will activate the senses. On the spectrum of vast emotional responses we may choose a state of extreme excitement-happiness or anxiety-sadness.”
